Default Building a Cold Smoke Box.

Working on a better to smoke cheese. I have a round cookie tin that is about 3" tall.

I plan to drill a few holes in it, lit a few charcoals, load it with chips, put the lid on it and see what it will do.

I'll probably get to it this week.

It turned out good, it seems to make enough smoke for cheese.
