Stopped by to visit with Tim yesterday. Donated a little $$$ to support the forum and all I really needed was some of his new Judge's Choice poultry rub.

I walked out with this:


He even talked me into a new Thermapen. Gonna break it in on some yardbid this afternoon. I'll be sure to post the results later.

I'm sure those products will go to good use .. well except that chicken somethin or another stuff . Can't wait to see all the good eats you have in store for them. You gotta watch that Okie ... he's a saleman from way back. He'll sell you your own shirt if you ain't careful.

I haven't tried the Tatonka Dust yet though. I need to see about sending her a message about that.
