    Default Today's Pastrami Cook

    Fired up the small offset and put two corned beef flats rubbed with peppercorns and coriander on. Got a Boston Butt on too. Ribs and other stuff later.

    Added a honey praline turkey breast to the smoke for a little while. Ribs go on soon.

    Pastrami is at 150* trying for 165*

    Here is the finished turkey and the ribs are coloring up good.
