This weekend we used the sweet swine brine and did an injection on the ribs and were pleased with the results though we had injection trace lines in the ribs. We inserted the needle between each one and pulled out while injecting to reduce the streaking. Any suggestions? Do you get the same great flavor in the ribs by just brining overnight?

P.S we also used the brisket injection also and it was great as well with the same technique of pulling while injecting though no injection lines on it.
