    Default Pam's Surf & Turf BD Prep Pics-pics added

    Here's a few pics of some of the food that will be fixed later.

    The 2 main cooker to be used..The Keg & Mini UDS



    A couple prime steaks


    Shrooms, squash, onion


    Potato,cheese, & crabmeat souffle and shells filled with a scallop stuffing


    Cold crab salad and cold boiled shrimp


    King crab legs


    Heated the mini up to 350 and cooked the sides in it.


    Added the upper level cooking grate to the Keg and heated to 600


    Cooking crab legs on the top level and steaks on the lower level


    I'll post up the finished cook pics later tonight. Final cook pics added.

    Aw man!!! Thanks for the warning. Now I gotta make sure Jane isn't around if I have this on the monitor.

    We're waiting the finished grub, which will be it's normal killer self.

    It all looks great. The steaks look amazing. Don't burn em.

    This will be an interesting cook to watch being it is in a UDS and a Keg.
