    May I place my order?

3 over medium, not too runny. Bacon crisp, hash-browns, grits, biscuits and gravy.

Belgian waffle? No thank you, maybe next time.

    Great lookin' bacon Dude!!

    Default bacon

I started with2 sides of 13 lbs each. I cut into 6 pieces of just over 6lbs each. I used a regular maple dry rub on two of them. I had a garlic and pepper on 2 more. The last 2 was a mixed up one kinda a combination of the other two with some red pepper thrown in. I placed them in vac. packed bags for 8 days with a daily overhaul.Last i rinsed off and due to various reasons I did a slow heat 150f for about 5 hrs. inj the oven. Took out put in frig overnite and sliced and froze the next day. I have to admit after tasting all three it was better than smoking in the O.B.S. thks Piker
