I like smoked Chicken and I hadn't cooked any on the Backwoods, so I used the Briner and soaked a few birds and a dozen wings and let them go! Used KBB and a couple Maple Mojobricks.
The Gater is out of the garage and in the Bone Shack!
After the birds were done, I tossed a couple Oak Wine barrel chunks on the coals and got going on the Choice Tri-Tips from Costco and used my Santa Maria style rub on them.
