    Default Crock o' Ribs!

Ok- so I smoked up a batch of Berkshire short ribs on the BGE, Okie Dust and apple for smoke.

Sauced with some juiced up SBR and they turned out unremarkable, I ate one, took another to work and meh!

Next morning I toss the rest in the Crock Pot and add some Granny Smith apples, sweet onion, some AJ and sauce and turned it on Low.

This plate was good, but something was missing, so I put the remaining pot juices and apples though the blender and reduced the liquid and spooned it over the ribs and it was much better!

    Hey-at least I didn't boil them!

    Very nice. It looks killer.
Why in the hell should I have to "Press 1 for English?"
