    Default KCBS Desert Dish Trial Run PIC

    Well I have an upcoming KCBS Comp were we can enter deserts or chili but they HAVE to have Jim Beam added in... This is what I came up with what do you think?
    This is a Jim Beam PACKED infused cheese cake... but soquite on the pallet.
    What do you think?.....

    That is real pretty Jason!

    Once thing comes to my mind just as a matter of my food A.D.D.. What about a lemon cream bourbon sauce drizzled across the top at a right angle to the chocolate?

    You know what that is not to bad... i think I can work that out indeed... i just dont want things to be to busy on top. Maybe cut the choc in 1/2 and add the lemon bourbon cream?


    My top is already a chocolate bourbon ganesh... BUT as always you know how to take it to the next level.... I will try indeed!!
