    Default Bradford Pear

Has anyone had experience using Bradford Pear wood. Those crappy trees are all over Tulsa and many of them are coming down due to the drought. I wondered if they produce a sweet smoke even though they are non-fruit bearing. Thanks in advance for the info.

I can't tell any difference between Bradfor and Bartlett.

They really ARE nothing but large weeds aren't they?

Have you ever seen how they take over an unmown pasture? Kinda like kudzu for N.E. Oklahoma.

I've never used it but I've seen many places where it has been used. It is supposed to be a light mellow flavor similar to apple wood.
