Default Quickie Baby Backs N Tators

Last week I got a call from Mom about a sale on baby back ribs. I had her pick some up - of course she got em all. She split em up among my brother, me, and herself. Here's the sale ..

So today I threw a couple racks in the drum and let em rip. I didn't think to get the after the rub pic but did snap a pic after a slight clean up trim ..

One rack was dusted down liberally with the Okie Dust and a little worsy sauce. The other had a light mustard slather and Head Country (Mom likes em that way). A few hours later they emerged from the smoke and here's what they looked like

I had some left over grilled baked tators and some left over onion from a grilled burger cook so I sliced them up and threw them in the iron skillet and got em browned up nice and neat

When it all came done I sliced up the Okie Dust slab and grabbed the usual PigCicles fine china. I threw a few bones and a pile of tators on the plate and let the boys know Come N Get It ..

And that was today's quick n easy Baby Backs N Tators meal. Thanks for looking.

Here's the rotated view on the pic. Yeah a Buck Fiddy per Lb ... not bad even for solution soaked ribs
