This was the 2nd year we competed in the College Football HOF Rib Cook-off. Last year, we made a few mistakes and came in 3rd.
This year, however, we corrected those mistakes and won 1st.
There was a 13 point margin between my team and the #2 team.
We had to compete in the Amatuer class as they classified the Pros as Restaurants and vendors.
Shigs in Pit won the Pro Division with a 168, we won the Amatuer with a 170.
