Default **New toy for the Performer**

    Check this out-

It's a prototype reversible "stacker" for the Weber 22" kettles and WSM. Chris Perres of C&C Grillin' Co. sent this to me to demo and I wanted to show it off before I get it greezy!

It has a stainless steel charcoal ring that fits the 22" kettles (WSM's have a different diameter coal grate)

Chris is still working on a heat deflector but has been using an aluminum pizza pan for testing and included one for the demo.

    A porcelain coated cooking grate

It is solid, fits snugly on the kettle bowl and is reversible to fit the big Bullet. Here are some side views of the ring.

It is fully compatible with the Cajun Bandit Rotisserie rings.

The EZ-Que or Weber rotisserie rings are not compatible with this "stacker" due to the diameter and the tooling used to form the edges, but this is just a prototype, so you never know what could happen?

Here it is in a post in the Bullet Smokers thread:
