    Default Catered Some Brisket, Ribs and Sides

    We did a small catering gig over the weekend for just a family Sunday dinner. The lady was kind enough for me to snap a photo inside her home. The presentation is not what we are accustom to but it was nice to get such a simple gig.

    Was the brisket an SOB? Looks like a lot of juice added back in, and wonderful.

    I LOVE vegetarians! They come in Chicken, Pork, and Beef flavors!
