    This may not suit everyone's needs, but if you build at least one UDS and own one good Weber One Touch 22.5 in. grill, there ain't much you can't cook.

    Default Finally ::::

    I agree with you folks and finally got my ducks in a row ( I think ) A dedicated unit for grilling, smoking etc. Winds are dying down for this season ( again I think ) and fixing Beans and poppers for a potluck today. Have my Jen- Aire grill, a type of upright UDS, a discada set up, and my 48" round rock stick burner. Will be getting some serious cooks going soon, I hope. Will keep all posted. E.T.
