    Default Twenty-five Lbs. Of Pork Equals Pulled Pork

    Our son requested pulled pork for his birthday party.

    Mohunken Butt Rub applied to bone in shoulder and it meat went in the fridge overnight.


    Mohunken Sauce simmering.


    Shot um up


    In the smoker for about 16 hours overnight


    Smoking.


    Getting close. Great to get a full nights sleep and let the smoker do it job.

    Smoky I don't have any more pics at this time but you can see how they work in the below youtube video.
    I bought them to move meat around but they also work great for shedding.
