    Wink Sunday Picnic

    Fresh picnic from the Topper.



    There was a pic of the whole roast, right out of the smoker. It was a thing of beauty, but I guess I deleted it by mistake.

    Oh well.





    For PigCicles and Jarhead, pulled and served with bbq pork n beans and Jarhead's German Cole Slaw. Great stuff! I highly recommend it! Thanks for sharing Jarhead!

    I bet you ate the missing pic - easy on the sippin whiskey when you're cookin big boy

    Looks great Tom - I'd go for a couple plates of that bit O heaven. Thanks for sharing and breaking out the fine china for the pic.
