Cranberry sauce should work just fine in a fatty IMHO, cranberry jelly ...probably not.
For cranberry sauce take a 1 lb package of whole cranberries and put in a 2 qt sauce pan with 1 cup of orange juice and one cup of sugar. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop and the liquid begins to thicken then remove from heat and let cool, then refridgerate overnight. You'll be good to go in the morning.

Got a couple of bags of frozen cranberries in the freezer. That sounds like a good recipe. I'll let you know how it works.

At the risk of getting blasted (again), we make turkey meatloaf wrapped in turkey (not going to call it) bacon all the time and it's great! Just make sure you add moisture to the meat.

Soory guys, my wife dropped the camera at a function at school. Now I gotta get me another one. I'll report back as soon as I get me a picture taking machine. Did'nt do the fatty yet, but the chuck turned out excellent and is just about gone. Pulled it and tasted it, then dared anybody to put anything else on it.

She was actually photographing our daughter on Honors Night. Wish i could claim she got the smarts from me....not happening. When she dropped it we lost all the pics she had done. Fortunately we have good friends with better dexterity and good cameras. Hey....maybe if I invite them over for a BBQ they will bring the camera....yeah that's the ticket.

Make sure the new one has an SD card so that you don't lose the pix just cuz the camera takes a dump.

OK...time to confess. The SD card thing is my fault. The camera has a slot but we don't use the camera much, sooooooo I took the SD card out and put it in one of my game cameras. We were using camera memory only. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Now in hind sight......
