You guys and gals, play with your pumps, hoses and tubes.
Mine takes 5 minutes to build, costs $0.00 and you're good to go.

Grab a #10 or coffee can. Knock or drill some holes in it.
I ran out of gas on the fish cooker, so had to use the torch to light it.



Great way to season and clean cast iron. Smoke baby, smoke.




Use the # of briquettes and lump to control your smoker temps. CI skillet is the damper.

John, those were chips to get smoke to where you could see it in the pic. Chunks won't produce that much smoke.

Wished they made a short stainless steel chimney.
Line the bottom w/heavy duty foil as well as the vent holes on the side.
Poke a couple small holes in the foil and you would have something similar.

All my coffee comes in plastic containers now days.

Does anything come in steel cans any more? I guess beans.

Check with a local restaurant. They should have plenty of #10 cans. You may have to tell them to save you one and not cut out the bottom.
My coffee comes in a steel can. I buy the GV Dark Roast from WM in the big can. Don't laugh, it tastes just like Yuban, and is half the price.
