Default Chuck Eye Roast and Beer Can Chickens

Chuck Eye Roast cut from Chuck roll a while back.

Roast after a rest in cooler while beer birds were cooking.

    Sliced and plattered.

    Crispy skinned beer can birds.

What is the juice in the foil?

It looks like meat juice but the meat is well done and the juice is still red.
