    Default Prototype Injector

    Check this out!

Rib-O-Lator BOB made this prototype needle block injector to go with the Knucklhead Pump Injector.

My Butcher said it looked like a "stitch pump" injector used commercially.

Not something I'd use everyday, but it has its applications.

The Knucklhead Pump Injector works like a charm for big injection jobs (and you can spray it across the room and hit some one if they get snarky!)

I've never used the Myron Mixon (F.Dick Brine pump) type injector, but this was pretty easy to use and clean after.

Like I said, not something I use everyday, but it sure works.

    Waddya think??

I'm like the butcher. It looks like a single row stitch pump.

I like the looks of it for large cuts or whole hog, but it looks a tad cumbersome for butts and briskets.

That said, I prolly ought to have one.

I'm surprised there is enough pressure to inject.
Why in the hell should I have to "Press 1 for English?"
