    Default The CTO has arrived

    It came to me today mid morning.

    I wasn't quite like brand new, but very close, The previous owner had apparently used a caustic cleaner on it that cause minor rust here and there, but it will be inexpensive to replace.



    The oven chamber is cavernous:

    I think I'm gonna like this thing.

    Very nice Tim .. It is a huge cooking chamber. I hope to see it full soon. If you don't like it I'll give ya $50 for it

    I have absolutely no need for that much smoker, but I sure do like the way it cooks.

    Well, that's about ripped it.
    I'll be down with the trailer to pick up poor ol' Lucile and get her outta the way. She's cold and forgotten out in the weather over there by the corner of the house.
    She needs a good loving home where she would be kept warm and get used instead of rusting away.
    I'll go $350 and throw in a few pints of apple butter.
