    Default More Dizzy Pig Eye

Got a couple more of these Pig Eye roasts at HEB. Nice value at $2.45/lb. Rubbed with Head Country and injected with Stubb's Chipotle Butter. Set in fridge overnight.

Gonna spin 'em this afternoon, weather permitting. Kidna rainy today. Stay tuned.
