    Default Hot Smoked Maple Mojobrick Salmon

    On my Mini Cajun Bandit Smoker Joe!

    Using cut up chunks of Maple Mojobricks as the smoke for a Dizzy Pig Raging River rubbed wild Silver Salmon filet!

    I am happy with them, a little bit goes a long way if you use them for smoke.
