    Default Big Green Egg and Mojobricks

    OK-

    For this cook I cut a Maple Mojobrick and buried the chunks in Wicked Good lump and used them as the smoke for a whole @ 9 lb Wagyu Sirloin.

















    I used Butcher BBQ Premium & Honey Rub on this.

    I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.
