    Default Mojobricks in the Bandera

Hey all! Just thought I'd share some cook pics that I took while testing the Mojobricks. At the time I did not have a lot of them and could not use them as the primary heat source, and the Bandera is pretty much a fuel hog and after starting a bed of charcoal it was an all wood cook.

Loaded it up with a small packer, a marinated point, a boneless Berkshire butt and an 8lb bone in butt.

The packer and butt were foiled for a friends party, so I didn't get any slice shots, but the marinated point and the Berkshire butt were all mine!

    Look at this smoke ring!

I don't know what the actual temp is, but it cooks the way I want it to, so I don't guess it really matters.

I use them primarily for smoke and not as a fuel source, so Yes, I'm very happy with how they work.
