    Default Today's Smoke

    I did ribs,chicken,fatties,and 2 butts for the freezer. I also did scotch eggs. Here are some pics.

    It all looks good but the ribs look spectacular!

    Thanks y'all. Yes I spread a bit of shredded Gouda on the sausage before put'n the egg on it.
