Default Something I didn't know about Daddy Hinkels

Today, while at the market to pick up a steak, I decided to grab some DH.

    Looky what I stumbled across!!

One of them is the Southwest variety...

The other is the "Hotter 'n $700" variety...

I didn't know these were available. Have any of y'all ran across these in your area?

Linda's steak is marinating in the "Original" variety right now, but mine is getting a bath in the "Hot" variety. I sampled the dry rub and it is, indeed, "toasty". I'll let you know how it turns out.

I've been looking for the DH here in north Florida but so far I haven't seen it. Anyone else found it in our area? I think I'd really like to try some.

Bill, I don't see why I can't send you some. Send me your addy and I'll ship some off. Which flavor would you like? Wanna start with the original, or try all 3?
