Default A second Good Turn Deserves Another

One of my customers was at it again. Saved me a buncha work.

Soooo...I thought I would feed the group again.

This time it was meat loaf. Seven pounds of ground chuck.

After an hr. or so over mesquite lump and pecan chunks.

    Mac and Cheese plus...

Charro Beans; makes for a great comfort food meal.

Had to have a plate myself. Just for quality control purposes; you understand.

Based on the sample, I decided further study was needed. So I kept one loaf for subsequent testing. Just to be sure...you know, just to assure my comfort.

    Thanks for stoppin' by!

I've seen them made with chorizo in addition to bacon. Pork rinds also.
