    I like using apple chunks and cherry chips together when cooking chicken.

    Pecan is my all around fave for anything. Hickory too. Never tried cherry, but many have told me it's hands down best for chix. I can vouch for apple; it's great on chix. And don't let ol' PigSucker talk you out of chicken! Give him one of these: and these: and these:
