All BS aside Bubba - Looks great! Keep up work like that and you'll be retiring from your 'real' job and setting up a brick N mortar BBQ shop

Looks like you did a great job and I'm sure no one here has any doubts as to how good the vittles were, but I gotta say it reminds me a little of that "when tough meets classy" commercial where Chuck Norris walks in to the fancy restaurant and there is a concerto of Greensleeves in the background. the shot of the fancy white tent and the picturesque setting, then the tough looking guys dressed in black and their big honkin' smokers. gotta laugh a little.
No doubt but what you could find a future in catering, i.e., if you want one.
Congrats on the gig well done.
