I've been thinking about another sauce for awhile and finally got to it this morning. I wanted to make it a more "all purpose" than the pork sauce that I regularly make.
The recipe-
24oz ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
3/4 cup honey
1 TBS granulated garlic
1 TBS granulated onion
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp habenero hot sauce
2 small drops of orange extract

Simmered very slowly for 2 hrs, added the orange extract just before I took it off the heat. I sampled it while it was heating and thought that it would turn out too hot and too peppery, but after it cooled those aspects were fine.
Tried it on a brat and a turkey burger for lunch- tangy, sweet, not too much spice or heat and a slight taste of orange/citrus.
Both my son and I really liked it.
Going to use it on tonight's chuck roast.:1987_food:

It certainly looks nice.

That looks like one of the sauces I make, A little heavier on the Ketchup than mine but I know it must taste good, the orange extract sounds interesting.
