Well, the stoker took a crap, so I guess it's old school day.

You're gonna love that smoker.

Need a Digi Q for it?

All ready love it. Got a stoker that was being temperamental, but you don't even need it. Old School Baby.

It will run rock steady between 225 and 250.

I am at present, Backwoodsless. I sold my Extended Party and Pit Bull grill to a guy the just "Had to have it now".

In weeks I'll be driving to Shreveport to pick up a load of smokers including my new Competitor with totally stainless insides.

I don't like being Backwoodsless.

Mark, how are you gonna do the green beans?

Be sure to show us the rest of what you cook!

Wings look tasty!

Next out are the ribs. They're sitting there resting.

The green beans are just beans, homemade bacon ends/pieces, onion, bacon grease, and some water. Put them in the smoker covered with some foil. Just letting them cook down. No recipe, just sounded good. If they don't taste good, I'll cover them with BBQ sauce. A good sauce hides just about anything. :thumbs up:

Super stuff Mark!

Did you sear the tri tip before or after the smoke?

It was before. I posted the recipe for it under beef the other day. Just waiting for the cobbler to finish.

You must be a late eater.:msn-wink:

You gonna cook a week solid to break it in?

Just waiting for the cobbler now. It's only 7:30 here. Az is on Gods time, not Nixon's.

You almost had it. I just cooked a weeks worth of food today. Plus I'll take some to work for the rest of the crew.

I verify and test Life Safety Systems for chemicals and gases used at Intel. The team I'm on is very small and tight.
