Does anyone have a brand of electric knife they'd recommend? I was leaning towards a cuisinart.

I have an el-cheapo Hamilton Beach or Rival....something pretty inexpensive and it works well...don't use it much though.

If you want one that will last and hold up to extreme use, the American Angler salt water models are unequalled. They are the only ones I know of with full metal gears, and they have both long and short blades.

:whathesaid: Mine rarely sees daylight. I don't mind using it to hurt the turkey on Thanksgiving though :msn-wink:

What is his name? OH, sorry, I see it is "Manuel". Does he clean the pool/stock tank too? Mine does.:msn-wink::roflmaoha0:

I used to love the elec knife until I got a good knife. A good knife and a honing steel are hard to beat, imho. It does suck, though, when slice'n and you mess up a slice.:exasper: Gotta eat that one and not let it go to waste.:msn-wink::shrug:

We have one that belonged to Jane's mom. Still in the box it came in. It's old.
Only electric knife I use is an electric fillet knife for crappie and walleye.
