I took some time away from work on weds. to smoke some stuff for ME this time!

Decided on some drumsticks and a bunch of various stuffed fatties!

Added a pan of some smoked beans( Dutch's) too!

the rack was given to me for fathers day by my boys. I love the way it works, and the chicken turned out pretty good too. I don't do as much chicken as I should!

and we have all seen fatties, so I don't need to show all 5 of them. I had a peppercheese blowout on this one!

I am having leftover fatty, and beans and salad for dinner tonight. The chicken was gone pretty quick!:msn-wink:

They were pretty moist. I di take a couple and toss in some glaze and then on the grill for a couple minutes. I think I liked them best! Didn't have any pics of that part!

Welder, on 5 of them I put a BBQ rub that was given to me at a comp.
It says on the shaker that it is used by "extreme roasters". On the other 5 I put grill mates chicken rub!

I liked them both, momma said the roasters rubb was too extreme for her!:roflmaoha0:

Great looking stuff Dan! I got to do a bunch of drums next weekend, probably do them similar to your smoke, glaze and grill batch :thumbs up:.

I like the idea of that rack

Cool, I seen em today again, at lowes, but I don't need anymore. They are nice cuz the fold up and you can take the legs of them off for cleaning. Don't forget to sprayem down goood with nonstick spray before ya use em to help with clean up!:msn-wink:

Actually tried them today with some drums :). Clean up easier than I expected...almost no effort at all. Dropped them in the sink and my girl took care of them :D.
