Did a sockeye fillet on the Backwoods the other day. It turned out great. I have a tomato aioli that I like to serve with it, but I didn't get a shot of it. I'll try to do better next time.

Great lookin fish, I have not used honey makes :twocents: as I use Brownsugar and it melts into the meat. Will have to try the honey. Looks great.
