Was craving some venison last night, so I went freezer diving and found a package of loin steaks. Marinated them for 2 hours in Trader Joes SoyYaki(which is 1/2 the price of SoyVey, btw), and made some Zatarans yellow rice, some shrooms, found a few speargrass that needed eating in the garden, and grilled a chunk of ciabatta. Only one pic.
