I had this steelhead in the freeze for a few months, and really jones for it everytime I see it. Decided today was the day, so brought it to work with me, cause thats where the backwoods chubby is, and cause I can.

A little butter and some seafood splash.

Three hours in the chubby @ 190 with a couple Alder pucks.

Maybe the best I've ever had. Moist, flaky, and delicious.

Heres a few pics of what im' working on. Parts for a couple hundred feet of "floating shelving. The brackets are hidden inside the shelf. Looks like the shelf is floating on the wall, but thats another thread.:msn-wink:

Most likely a fish farm pond in Chile. Farms raise South American Steelhead is becoming the norm.
