Its 2:30pm and I have the large Egg loaded with Royal Oak and smokin at 250 for about an hour already. I just put on a 20lb butt called a newyork shoulder, bone in and some skin on the bottom. I'm cooking it for pulled pork and will keep it going until I can wiggle the bone. I'll cooler it for an hour after I take it off the Egg before I pull it. I'm hoping for 11lbs of pulled pork.

What time(my time) do you think I will be pulling it? Give me your best guess!

I'm hoping for 8:30am:shrug:

sure is lonely on this ceramic cooker page!

Weighing in at 20 pounds, I bet it takes longer than that. I'll guess noon-ish. (including the rest before pulling)
