As most of you all know I usually do special cooks for Pam on birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, but due to some issues, I haven't been able to cook for these occasions for a while. So I'm way behind in my duties.:blushing:
So tonight I decided to cook a Surf and Turf dinner for Pam.

We'll start off with a creamy, cold, shrimp & crab, salad.

A couple 1 1/4 pound lobster tails and a couple bacon wrapped fillet mignons.

Onto the Keg which was heated and holding at 500.

Almost done.

Fillet and lobster tail served with melted butter, asparagus, crab stuffing baked in a shell & served with a Remoulade sauce.

Thanks for lookin'. :msn-wink:
