i have put coffee grounds on a few things...got to be dark roast or chickory for me.
Cant use too much either, just enough for some flavor.

Well if the guy cured for only 5 days with mortons sugar cure,
The only thing he ended up with was "hammy" pulled pork.

I have used a butt to make to make ham and sliced it. last thanksgiving I believe, It was really to fatty to slice but it was a big hit..
I took the leftover butt that wasn't sliced, heated it up and pulled it.
It was pretty good. Great for omelets.:thumbs up:
