my wife wanted S&S chicken for dinner so this is a DO spin on a recipe that i have used for a long time
2 green, 2 red bell peppers and one onion

Pineapple juice from can OJ to make it 2 cups

How did you cook it, in the oven or with charcoal? Really like the looks of this one....maybe not with chicken boobs, but bone in thighs...

Vermin99, Greenegg & SmokyOkie thank you guys it was Awesome the wife didn't even have to do the dishes the kids licked there plates clean!!!

Joneser, thank you my friendthis one actually got cooked with coals on my welding table at cooked it around 375 for the last 15 minutes i transfered all the coals to the lid trying to get some crust on the breasts (it all kinda ran off)
