How many can i get per typical pork but? Never done a slider before, but need to do 400 in a couple of weeks!

If you are using "slider sized" buns, I'd figure 6-8 or so to the pound cooked product, but taht is mainly dependent on the size of the bun.:shrug:

I doubt there is more than one ounce (precooked) of beef in a White Castle burger, but I doubt you will be able to produce that thin of a burger..They also have holes in their patties to prevent pucker.

Wait, are you talking about pulled pork finger sammies, or sliders (grilled patties).

If pulled pork, I would think that 8 to a pound would be most generous. What are you using for buns?

Prolly gonna use yeast rolls...not sure though. It's for church so I will have some help. I was thinking 1-2 oz would be good.

Pulled pork sliders...or pulled beef sliders...I just saw a 25 lb whole chuck in the freezer :)
