After apple & hickory chips are soaked in apple juice and water for 45 minutes ,fill can with chips .turn on iron to start smoke .

Nice...thanks for posting the temps...I have an old soldering iron that would work great for this.

Good idea Brian!!!

I forgot we have to get the cold smokin done before the weather breaks!!! We use the inefficiency of the CG to work for us and maintain temps around 85-90.

fer got to mention .punch holes around the bottom edge with bottle opener .See the pointed area

I smoke my cheese the same way... A buddie laughed at me for smoking cheese this way... But, he sure was impressed...
