Sister wants some CB for Christmas Eve and I had some fresh side in the freezer, so I now have 6 1/2 lb. of CB and 2 1/2 lb. of side curing in the fridge. Pics of the smoke to follow later.

I put the bacon on the drum about 20 minutes ago. Lit a small fire on the valve side with hickory and cherry. I have the valve shut down some to hopefully smoke slowly for a while. Just check temp and its around 100 with a outside temp of 40. Will crank it up late hopefully. Guess time will tell.
