The Q320 is a economical yet well made grill, best suited grilling simple things for two to four people. I bought the accessory griddle for mine, so I can do breakfast on it. After owning it 7 months I finally got the chance to try breakfast on it today.

Here is what she looks like with a pound of bacon on the grill. Seasoning the griddle side with a piece of bacon.

There are two big drain holes in the griddle, so almost no bacon grease remains when I thorw on the hash browns. Worth noting that after warm-up, I turned both burners all the way to low.

And now here she is with eggs about to become over-easy.

Nothing stuck on the griddle, and I managed not to break the egg yolks even though I was weilding my gargantuan Burger spatula (I did not think to bring the little kitchen one out with me.) All plated up for a nice simple breakfast.http://i346.photobucket.com/albums/p401/nuthinflatranch/IMG_0093.jpg

Overall I have grown to like the Q320, since I have 3 other outdoor cookers it is easy for me to work around it's shortcomings (fairly low BTU output, can't do indirect at all). For for simple stuff like burgers, dogs, steaks, chops and some fish it is really nice.

Very nice, OB!!! That is the type of grill I need to get my wife! That looks perfect!:thumbs up:

Yes, I have a traeger tex and a Lou whole hog, and a weber OTS, but they are in the shop.....w/me. She would like one up by the house for when I'm gone for just the 3 of them. That thing, w/the griddle and all, looks just right!:thumbs up:

Great look'n b-fast and thanks for the idea on the grill, OB.:wings:
