A Smoke Pistol (http://usbbqsupply.com/home/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=18&products_id=89) doesn't cost much and will run for hours on one bullet.

Thank you Smokey, I will keep that in mind.

But doesn't the smoke gun you offer on you're site require bullet shape pellet's?

Probably don't want to punch those holes in the top of the can. But do whatever....

I was thinking it could give it a little air?

Thanks.

Consider it more homework.

Wouldn't holes in the top let the smoke out the holes? You need a controlled air intake to keep from burning your smoking wood up along with maybe your can if it gets hot enough

PigCicles, I don't quite understand but that's what Chef schwantz probably meant more home work.

If so No problem on that!

Decided to move the smoke generator part down to the bottom,

Will have a straight pipe then.

And I got a question? Where the soldering gun enters the unit to lite the pellets,or my torch I have?

And then go ahead leave it as a vent when it's smoking?
