I treated myself to some Shun Cutlery for my BBQ Stand.

Working on the details to get a bbq going in the local area .Lots of things to consider from what im gathering .

DOod, love shuns, hold an edge forever! I have carbon demascus, 9" slicer and a 6" util knife that I hone with a steel but that chit is hard and you know it!!! What Im lookin at now is Global!!!!:msn-wink:

I need these knives .Tired of the old stuff i has .Lifetime warranty and keep's an edge real well.Im buying another set for the house .These are my BBq kives only .:thumbs up:

I was looking at those just yesterday. What a coincidence.

I'm told they sharpen to an 11 angle. That's narrow. You ought to be able to shave flea whiskers with them.:msn-wink::thumbs up:

When i was unwrapping them i suck & slice myself with out even realizing it till after the fact .Sharp as all get out .Look at them will cut ya .not yur typical 22.5 edge .it's 11degree with a special sharpener with them .

Be careful with them. With steel that hard and an angle that narrow, they'll nick and chip really easy.
