View Full Version : Cherry smoked Reverse Sear Lamb Blade Chops

Andersen Farms (local) natural Lamb, my butcher cuts into Blade chops, cooked over Cherry Lump and some Cherry nuggets for smoke.

I used some California Garlic Lamb and Veal seasoning on two and Holland Grills Greek seasoning on the others.

Reverse seared on the Mini Cajun Bandit.

Very nice I was suppose to have mine at Silver lake, But I guess he forgot about me.

Did you test any ribs in the mini?
