Them ribs look great! I have some from last night, that I have smoked, and am just waiting to finish on the grill. The little lady has to work tomorrow evening, so maybe I might have to work into my snack schedule...

Bubba those ribs are mighty tasty looking. Did you drum them up? Hmmmm, need I ask???

Company's a comin'!
I'm doing 10 slabs of back ribs, a butt, bunch of leg quarters, a meatloaf, baloney, ABT's and smoked stuffed mushrooms between today and tomorrow. Will mobilize all smokers. Gonna drum the butt today.
Storms today & tomorrow. May be "wet" ribs.
Pics WILL be posted.

Is it just me, or is their a spot on rib pic # 2 that implies a little Soyliant Green was used in the rub?

Probably forgot them while watching the puck

That might be a little much even for ol Bubba... but again, you can never tell - there might be some yellow and red in there too.
